Cancellation Policy
Due to the demand for appointments, all cancellations with less than 24 hours notice and missed appointments, will be charged 50% of the service cost.

As a courtesy, we always contact you to confirm the date and time of your appointment 48 hours before, so please notify us immediately by calling the salon at 403-347-8921 if you are not able to make the appointment.

Please appreciate that when you forget to cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we are usually unable to fill that appointment slot.
